David Spatola Entertainment ("we", "us" or "our") operates the website www.davidspatolaentertainment.com (the "Site"). This page explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and who to contact with questions.
Information we collect
The only personal information we receive through this Site is what you choose to send us. Our contact form does not transmit anything itself: it opens your own email app with your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your event date, event type, venue or town and message filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
How we use your information
We use what you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you book us, to perform at your event. Inquiries are read by David Spatola only. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use third-party services to run this Site. Our website host serves the pages, and Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers. On our blog page, articles are loaded and displayed by Soro, so viewing that page means your browser also requests files from Soro's servers. Emails you send us travel through your own email provider and ours, as any email does.
Cookies and tracking
This Site sets no cookies. It uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels of any kind. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for basic security and maintenance.
Data retention
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records, after which they may be deleted.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, or to delete it, using the contact details below.
