Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not a booking. No date is held and no engagement exists until David Spatola confirms it with you directly. Fees, deposits, travel, cancellation terms and any other conditions of performance are agreed separately between you and David Spatola Entertainment, and are not governed by these Terms.
